Why use Eazy Lap verses Conventional Paste?

The main advantage of Eazy lap water based diamond valve lapping paste being it is a lot faster to use than the conventional, two part course and fine grease based valve lapping pastes that are for sale. Eazy lap combines a two part system which speeds up the process considerably leaving a nice matt finish to the valve and valve seat faces.

Being a water based paste it is also very easy to use, apply and clean off.

Please be aware due to the nature of the product containing diamond particles it is very easy to “overlap” the valves!!!!! As with normal valve lapping you can hear the tone change when the valve is seated.

***Please also note – Eazy Lap Diamond valve grinding paste should not be used as a replacement to getting badly worn valve faces and valve seats to seal!!! Valves and valve seats that are heavily pitted should be refaced and recut by a professional machine shop***
